  3. Have a private chat room where people can chat and get to know each other

    I think it's better to have a public/ private chat room where people can meet and chat w/out giving personal information before we get to know them better.

  4. add 2 Chinese "religions" to religion choices

    Would be funny to add two more religions "Daoism" and "Confucianism" to the religion tab. Strictly speaking they may not be the most popular, but with respect to culture, they seem more important than Islam or even Christianity.

  5. more search options - like ethnicity, birthplace, etc.

    Would love to be able to search by ethnicity, birthplace, etc. More advanced filtering would be awesome!

    I need to find pretty girls close to me. I would purchase an android smartphone if there was a 2redbeans app that tells me if another red bean is close to me.

    Currently, the login page is very unsecure. I used an obsecure login because of this. I'm pretty sure this should be standard since most 'dating' sites have this.

  11. create an Unblock button?

    the block button is on the bottom right, which is exactly the same place where the "next page" button is when searching for someone. I've accidently pressed block for a couple of people already, and no intuitive way to unlock a blocked person?

  12. "+1" feature

    When I click to join an activity make it possible for me to do "+1" or "+2" etc. Some times, girl friends come with girl friends and single guys ride together. And this would make it easier to reserve space.

    In typical dating sites, people are matched to other people. But in reality, some of us think about the other person in terms of ranks.

    "I'd first date Q before I date Jeff, and then Vinh, and then...," (just as a hypothetical example, if these were the only persons left on the planet to date)

    This ranking information is very interesting and can provide loads of fun for users of 2rb.

    So a feature using ranking might be for a user to be presented with a random mix of people who are secretly admiring her and users that are results…

  14. Add something like "30 dimensions of compatibility"

    eharmony has 29, why can't 2rb have 30?

    for all the questions asked on the site, it should be pretty easy to factor out 30 or so dimensions and perform matching on those.

  15. Chats needs to be automatically persisted.

    For a guy, chatting up a storm with a girl, it is sometimes upsetting when the girl doesn't respond.

    On 2rb, it appears that it is possible for the girl to have accidentally closed the window before she even read the chat.

    One thing to help relieve this anxiety is to integrate chats with messaging, so that all chats are automatically archived as a message (in addition to an email being sent) The same way Gtalk automatically becomes gmail messages.

    This feature would also allow me to go back and look at all the good times had on 2rb in…

  16. Chat rooms are fun...

    Chat rooms, forums, those are always entertaining... maybe even some simple game like MJ where ppl can come play and chat when they are bored... =)

  17. Whenever "online now" is shown, it should take be directly to chat

    When I click on "online now" from home page, I kept on excepting just a chat window to open, but instead I have to go to the profile, then chat.
